If you cancel/reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, your deposit will Not be refunded. If you cancel/reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours notice, your deposit will be refunded less the processing charge. If you fail to attend or cancel/reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, we reserve the right to offer no further appointments until any outstanding fees are paid. A payment link will be sent to you for immediate payment.

If you cancel/reschedule an appointment within 48 hours a 50% cancellation/reschedule charge applies, if it is within 24 hours a 100% cancellation/reschedule fee applies. However, we will endeavour to fill the slot if possible.

In the case of a No Show, then all future appointments will have to be Prepaid at the time of booking.
